Jeff Tithof, CEO

Jeff Tithof has been in the building trade for over 20 years, and started Tithof Construction in 1981. Jeff, an early adapter of cutting-edge technology, began offering 3-D residential drafting through Homescape in 1996. The Homescape division has been highly successful in offering clients an accurate visualization of their homes before they are built. Jeff had noted several cases where school additions or church buildings committees were struggling with the visualization of the end product. They stated that they wished they had a visualization service such as Homescape to work out the problems in the building before it was built. Jeff also noted that this type of technology could also be used for zoning, marketing and design purposes. In response, Tithof began looking into the software and technology to offer a high-quality 3-D visualization to commercial clients. In development since December 1998, VRT or Virtual Render Technologies is now a subsidiary of Tithof Construction.
